We are illuminouslush! we offer a wide range of nail services, permanent jewelry, makeup services, special occasion hair styling services! Our goal is to make sure you walk out feeling beautiful! We have a no refund policy!! We will try to resolve the issue first. If any fixes are needed within four after your service it will be fixed for free!! After the four days have passed it will be $3-$5+ per nail fixed. After four days you are responsible for how you care for your own nails once you have left my space. (Unless I have spoken to you otherwise.) Reminder!! Nails are jewels not tools Follow my aftercare tips to get the most out of your manicure! Cancellation Policy
You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel less than 48 HOURS before your appointment.
If you are more than 10 min late you may be asked to reschedule and or will be charged a late fee unless addressed otherwise!! Please message me if you’re running late and etc!
You will be charged full amount if you have to reschedule because you were late or if you cancel day of or 48 hours beforehand unless addressed otherwise!
If you no show you will be blocked from booking with me if you don’t contact me at all.
You have 4 days to get a free fix if anything happens to any of your nails after 4 days it is $5+ for fixes.
ALL SERVICES are nonrefundable meaning i will resolve the problem if any at all!

Once a client leaves from their appointment, the care and maintenance of their nails become their responsibility. While every service is performed with professional care and attention to ensure durability and safety, the nail technician is not responsible for any damage, lifting, breakage, or injury that occurs after the appointment.
If a client experiences an injury or damages their nails due to daily activities, accidents, or improper care, snagging, any roughness to the artificial nails, of any sort this is not considered a service fault.
Clients are encouraged to follow all aftercare instructions provided to help maintain the quality and longevity of their nail enhancements.
