We are illuminouslush! we offer a wide range of nail services, permanent jewelry, makeup services, special occasion hair styling services! Our goal is to make sure you walk out feeling beautiful! We have a no refund policy!! We will try to resolve the issue first. If any fixes are needed within four after your service it will be fixed for free!! After the four days have passed it will be $3-$5+ per nail fixed. After four days you are responsible for how you care for your own nails once you have left my space. (Unless I have spoken to you otherwise.) Reminder!! Nails are jewels not tools Follow my aftercare tips to get the most out of your manicure! Cancellation Policy
✨ Booking & Service Policies ✨
Cancellations & Rescheduling🫶🏼
• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount unless otherwise discussed.
Late Policy💋
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and/or charged a late fee unless otherwise approved.
• Please message me if you are running late.
No-Show Policy💖
• No-shows without communication will be blocked from future bookings.
Fixes & Repairs❤️🩹
• You have 4 days from your appointment for a complimentary fix.
• After 4 days, fixes start at $5+.
Refund Policy🪻
• All services are nonrefundable. If there is an issue, I will gladly resolve it.
Liability & Aftercare🌞
• Once you leave your appointment, the care and maintenance of your nails become your responsibility.
• I am not responsible or liable for any injuries, lifting, breakage, or damage that occurs after your appointment due to daily activities, accidents, snagging, or improper care.
• Clients are encouraged to follow all aftercare instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of their nails.
Deposits🍓
• A nonrefundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total.
• Deposits are are nonrefundable and you may reschedule within 48 hours, but then after 48 hours the full service amount will still be charged.
Foreign Work Policy🥥
• If you arrive with acrylic, dip, or any product from another technician, your appointment will need to be rescheduled unless otherwise approved.
• You will be charged 100% of the appointment total, as I do not perform foreign soak-offs.
Appointment Confirmation Policy🌷
Clients are required to confirm their appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
If your appointment is not confirmed within that timeframe, I will reach out to request confirmation before cancelling. If I do not receive a response, your appointment may be cancelled & charged to allow waitlist clients the opportunity to book.
